Most Wanted - Summer Tour

Project: Most Wanted Summer Tour 2019

The brief: In 2017 and 2018, the Most Wanted team had organised and staffed all of their events in-house, pulling on people from other departments to help them. Fast forward to 2019 and facing rapid company growth, the team decided it was too much to manage their events alone, as they were all working so hard to push the brand into new retail markets.

So, they contacted us to help them organise, plan and manage their entire summer 2019 tour which consisted of several brand activations at different events over the course of 3 months #MostWantedSummer.

What we did:

  • planned, budgeted and organised the tour

  • managed all bookings, logistics, stock, and transport

  • designed, created and built two event stands (which had to be fully adjustable for different sized spaces) including a 2.4m high corrugated steel tunnel, a giant Most Wanted boom box, and a 2m x 2m fly postered backdrop

  • recruited, trained and managed brand ambassadors

  • ran the events from build right through to manning the stand and promoting the brand

  • produced feedback reports and recommendations for future events

Most Wanted as a brand is edgy, arty, cool, no-nonsense, so a big focus for the team was to get this to come across on stand. They were keen to include elements of music and street-style, so we created a giant boom box with a vinyl wrap of their artwork; a pop up steel tunnel; and we ran a mini silent disco activation at the events - which was VERY popular!
